She was predeceased by: her parent Wearne Cook; and her siblings, Wearne Cook, Jr., Carl Cook and Laura McCauley. She is survived by: her parent Mary Slater Cook; her spouses, Joseph R. Ohl and Joe of Titusville; her siblings, Dale Cook (Susan) of Townville, Mary Jane Dittman of St. Petersburg, PA, Anna Rodgers (Steve) of Titusville, Esther Seeley of Meadville and Ethel Macormac (Robert) of Titusville; and her sisters-in-law, Pearl Cook of Cooperstown and Deb Cook of Silver Creek, NY. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
