She is survived by: her husband Todd Lesko of Titusville; her children, Alyssa Lesko of Cincinnati, Zane Lesko (Emma Stiver) of Cincinnati and Karee Lesko of Titusville; her siblings, Dr. Janet Zurovchak (Steve Grothaus) of Indian Lake, OH, James Zurovchak (Susan) of Holmdel, NJ, Joseph Zurovchak (Susan) of Blairstown, NJ, John Zurovchak (Sandra) of Worthington, OH, Jerry Zurovchak (Lisa) of Huston, TX and Jill Neely (Kasey) of Titusville; her cousin Rick Mroz (Andrea) of North Huntingdon, PA; her stepmother Barbara Zurovchak of Lancaster, NY; her stepsisters, Kimberly Collins (Jon Hilburger) of Clarence, NY and Chelsy Collins O'Carroll (Donall) of Lancaster, NY; her parents-in-law, Donald and Mary Lou Lesko of Titusville; her brothers, Lee Ann Borden (David) of Ft, DJ Lesko (Karen) of Walkersville, MD, Lynna Heinze of Baltimore, MD, Aaron Lesko (Tammy) of Raleigh, NC and Adam Lesko (Angie) of Tionesta, PA; and her nieces and nephews, Mason, Lindsey, Katie, Kate, Devon, Jessica, Jesse, Parker, Bailey, Brendon, Kristine, Kasen, Ryanne, Avery, Vicki, Kathryn, Duster, Carrie, Jenna, Zak, Lanie, Julie, Kylie, Abby, Jack, Zoey, Luke, Nora, Evelyn and Mary.
Masks will be mandatory to wear at the funeral home and Mass.
