He is survived by: his parents, Ricky L. Neely and Bonnie L. McClure; and his nephews, Seth and Blake.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gordon B. Garrett Funeral Home Inc. (303 N Washington St, Titusville, PA 16354). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
