He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sr. Hoffman and Nellie Hoffman (Smathers); and his brothers-in-law, Albert Beach, Leo (Lily Beach), Dale, Dotty Beach, Ed (Virginia Beach), Dick (Patty Beach) and Don (Bernice Beach).
He is survived by: his wife Violet Beach; his daughter Debbie Wakefield; his grandchildren, Rick Hoffman (Vickie), Jennifer Kerr (Joel), Leigh Weidman (Hayes), Stacy Musgrave (Tom) and Christopher Hoffman (Stephaney Wright); his great grandchildren, Kali and Sam Sampson; his grandchildren, Grant, Clark, Vivian Weidman, Hadley, Griffin, Bennet Musgrave, Brady and Roan Hoffman; his brothers, Bill Hoffman and Denny; and his sister-in-law Patty Beach. He is also survived by numerous loving nieces and nephews.
Jack was also a dedicated Titusville Rockets football fan and did not miss a game in over 50 years, only stopping during covid.
