He is survived by: his mother Geraldine Anthony Rigby of Titusville; his children, Allison of Titusville, Bella of Titusville and Cailyn Rigby of Titusville; his siblings, Tim Rigby of Meadville, Randy Rigby of Denver, CO, Ronda Downing of Conneaut Lake and Denise Delp (John) of Titusville; his close friend Heather Ann Seabury of Cato, NY; and his nieces and nephews, Nathan Delp of Titusville, Kaleb Delp of Titusville and Kailey Delp of Titusville. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and many close friends.
