She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Fleegle and Margaret Taylor Fleegle; her husband John Hook; her daughter Helen M. Hook; her grandchildren, Steven Hook and Jessica Van Dyke; and her brothers, Victor S. Fleegle, James Fleegle and David Fleegle.
She is survived by: her children, John M. Hook (Joyce) of Harrisonville, MI, Kathy L. Thomas of Titusville, David A. Hook of Akron, OH, Karen A. Murphy (David) of Titusville, Elaine M. Crow of Parma Heights, OH and Amy Van Dyke (Edward) of Parma Heights, OH; and her siblings, Penny Arbogast (Bob) of Rittman, OH and Thomas Fleegle (Fran) of Cleveland, OH. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren.
