She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Bliznesky and Mary Bliznesky (Richy). She is survived by: her sibling Creek Headstart; her daughter Susan Herbstritt of Erie; her grandchildren, Michael Herbstritt (Erie), Douglas Lauer (Ange Velez) and Laura Herbstritt; her great grandchildren, McKenna Herbstritt, Liam, Caiden and Majla Reign Ozegovic; and her siblings, Matthew, John, Walter Bliznesky, Kate Sowa, Staffie Birtciel and Anna Pringle.
