She was predeceased by: her parents, William Miller and Mildred Farren Miller; her husband Charles D. "Duff" Shaffer, Sr.; her daughter Beverly Jean Shaffer; and her siblings, William, Earl, Robert, Leroy Miller, Margaret Beers, Clementine, Tine, Mott, Flossie Miller, Mildred Scott, Martha Alcorn and Mabel Anderson.
She is survived by: her children, Ellen Booth (Don) of Titusville, Charles Shaffer, Jr. (Kathleen) of Titusville, John Shaffer (Sharon) of Titusville and Ronald Shaffer of Titusville. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; 6 great great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family asks that memorial contributions may be made to Visiting Nurses Association of Venango County 491 Allegheny Blvd. Franklin, PA 16323.
