We are sad to announce that on November 30, 2021, at the age of 48, Holly Ann Wade (Titusville, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her stepfather Jesse John Brenizer, Jr.; and her grandparents, Helen and Irvin Troxell. She is survived by: her mother Gladys Troxell Brenizer of Titusville; her son William D. Wade, Jr.; her siblings, Roseann Brenizer (Amanda Sparks) of Townville, Jennifer Brenizer of Titusville and John J. Brenizer (Stephanie) of Saegertown; her grandmother Marjorie Thompson Steffens of Spring Creek; and her cousins, William J. Helzer, Lynna Trinity, Warren and Adam Brenizer.
