He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Wescoat and Mary Twombly Wescoat; and his siblings, Charlotte Coulter and Harrison Wescoat. He is survived by: his spouse Hellen Locke; his sons, Henry Wescoat (Diane) of Edinboro, Robert Wescoat of Titusville and Dean "Chip" Wescoat of Titusville; his stepsons, Robert Bisbee of Titusville and Stephen Bisbee of Tampa, FL; his brothers, James Wescoat of Titusville and Carl Wescoat of Neiltown; and his sister-in-law Violet Wescoat of Grand Valley. He is also survived by four grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
The family asks that memorials be made to Shriners Hospital for Children 1645 W. 8th Street Erie, PA 16505.
