He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Price and Eleanor Rosenburg Price; and his siblings, Robert J. Price, Sr., Bill Price and Marian Hawthorne.
He is survived by: his son Daniel Price (Cindy Mott) of Titusville; his grandson Daniel Price, Jr.; and his siblings, Edward Price of Centerville and Donna Cole of Youngstown, OH. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family asks that memorials may be made to the Shriners Hospital for Children 1645 W. 8th Street Erie, PA 16505.
