He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Southwick and Helen Young Southwick; his wife Mary Wagner; his daughter Denise Clark; and his siblings, Jerome, Raymond Southwick, Lois Nicholson, Edna Stokes, Ruth Graham, Sally Weidner and Marjorie Southwick.
He is survived by: his children, Sherry Vincent, Ron of Hydetown, Ronda Anderson, Mike of Largo, FL and Jerry Southwick, Jr. of Titusville; his grandchildren, Corey Vincent of Meadville, Chad Weaver, Jennifer of Brookville, Carey Vincent of Ashburn, VA, Steve Anderson and Kero of Largo, FL; his great grandchildren, Bryce, Carson and Owen Weaver of Brookville; his sister Betty Shorts of Statesville, NC; and his son-in-law Jeff Clark of Titusville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
