With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Erin E. Lavery of Titusville, Pennsylvania, born in Oil City, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 12, 2021 at the age of 42. She is survived by: her parents, Floyd Deitz (Tony) and Pauline DeWalt Deitz (Polly); her children, Cash, Ella and Quinn; her husband Jesse Lavery; and her siblings, Shannon Vinson (Kevin) of Pleasantville and Bryan Deitz (Nicole Downing) of Mercer. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
