He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Booth and Hilda Larson Booth; and his sister Carol Bigley. He is survived by: his wife Ellen Shaffer; his children, Marsha D. Regel (Williamsport) of Titusville, Donald M. Booth, Jr. of Titusville, David A. Booth of Titusville and Joseph D. Booth of Titusville; and his siblings, Robert Booth (Grace) of Erie and Betty Conners of Speedway, Indiana. He is also survived by six grandchildren; several great grandchildren.
