He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. Prenatt and Marian Waychoff Prenatt; and his siblings, Sam Prenatt and Christina "Tina" Prenatt. He is survived by: his sons, Cody Smith and Zach Smith; his close friend Cheryl Prenatt; his siblings, Jeffrey "Neyman" Prenatt, Charles "Chuck" Prenatt Jr., Lawrence "Tink" Prenatt, Augustine "Guss" Nickum, Elizabeth "Beth" Kunz, Lisa Copeland and Vicky Ongley; his grandchildren, Samuel, Ariel, McKenna and Levi Prenatt; and his close friend Tracey Smith. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
