He was predeceased by: his parent Harry Kinney; and his brother Raymond E. "Butch" Kinney. He is survived by: his parent Mildred "Millie" Gilson Kinney; his siblings, Nancy Delp of Titusville, Judy Latshaw of Erie, Kathleen Reuff (Ronald) of Pleasantville, Karen Holly of North Carolina, Steven "John" Kinney (Connie) of Union City and Tom Kinney of Titusville; and his close friends, Scott Wakefield and Cindy Wakefield. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
