He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Binge and Louella Binge (Henriette); and his sisters, Phyllis and Betty. He is survived by: his children, Tanya Vandervort (Joe) of Titusville and Joseph Elan (Nicole) of Titusville; and his grandchildren, McKenna Cole (Dylan) of Titusville, Katherine Elan, Jack Elan and Marine Corp.
