She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Lee Sharrar Sr. and Minnie Moorehead Sharrar; her husband Charles "Chuck" Speer; and her siblings, Lloyd Sharrar, Nyall Sharrar, Elmer Sharrar Jr., Geraldine Flockerzi, Helen McGinnis and Phyllis Stahlman.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Clark of Titusville, Kathy Malone (Perry) of Titusville, Dean Speer (Pam) of Titusville and Dan Speer (Tammy) of Titusville; her caregiver Lauri McCann (Dave) of Pleasantville; her niece Marilyn McGinnis of Oil City; her grandchildren, Kevin Cooper (Jen), Matthew Harvey (Cassie), Dillon Speer (Samantha), Danielle Speer (Justin), Dalton Speer and CJ Malone (Ashley); and her great grandchildren, Taylor Speer, Elaena Baldwin, Parker Cooper, Samantha Cooper and Sophia Harvey.
