He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Wagner and Gladys Hicks Wagner. He is survived by: his siblings, David Wagner of Erie and Karen Oney (Keith) of Pleasantville; his stepsister Linda Miller (Dallas) of Apopka, FL; and his nieces and nephews, Michelle Reimer (Eric), Brian Oney (Andrea), Chad Wagner (Reva Brown) and Jayme Deeter (Jeremy). He is also survived by several great nieces and nephews and numerous cousins.
