He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank A. Hart and Nancy Lewis Hart. He is survived by: his son Brian J. Hart (Sam) of Titusville; his siblings, Randy Hart (Missie) of Oil City, Steven Hart (Melinda) of Titusville, Doug Hart (Jan) of Townville and Rhonda Pyle (Thomas) of Grand Valley; his grandchildren, Sadie and Miles Hart; his close friend Jen Wilson; his stepgrandchildren, Weston Peterson, Maddie Peterson, Mason L'Huillier and Rhettson L'Huillier; his close friends, Pat Fielding Sr. (Kathy) of Titusville and Kevin Latshaw (Lillie) of Pleasantville; and also, Adam L'Huillier, Stephanie Peterson, Skylar McIntyre and Sylvia McIntyre. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
