She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Sines and Betty Cook Sines; and her brothers, Clifford "Cubby" Sines, Jr. and Butch Cook. She is survived by: her husband Fred Sampson; her daughter Teresa Murnock; her son-in-law Jason Murnock; her grandchildren, Evony and Ethan; her son Shawn Gross; her daughter-in-law Lisa Gross; her grandchildren, Claudia and Ian; her sisters, Sharon Hall and Penny Sines; her stepchild Brooke Perkins (Jay); her stepgrandchildren, Tyler and Emily; her stepchild Kait Griffin (Josh); her stepgrandchildren, Gavin and Marley; her former husband Gary Boyle; and her stepchildren, Steve Boyle, Ginger Kelli and Janel Haupt.
