She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Slayton and Florence Slayton (Drake); her husband Joseph Barlog; and her siblings, Willard, Floyd Slayton, Marian Opelt and Evelyn Waychoff.
She is survived by: her children, Joe Barlog (Sue) of New York, Tom Barlog (Cristy) of Pleasantville, Sue Irwin (Pat) of Titusville and Chris Waters (Scott) of Oil City. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
