He was predeceased by: his father Wesley J. Crispin; his brother Joshua Crispin; and his grandmother Helen Byler. He is survived by: his mother Rosemary Rose Crispin; his children, Roxanna and Lane Crispin; his siblings, John Crispin, Kristen See (Ryan), Lauren Bell (Ryan), Wesley Crispin and Lexi Crispin; and his grandfathers, John Rose (Evelyn) and Jack Byler. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
