He is survived by: his wife Jean Wincek; his sister Karen Rowland (Susie) of Ocean City; his children, Jerome Wincek (Janeil Todhunter) of Oil City, Lisa Wincek of Erie and Amy Wincek (Zane Abplanalp) of Holiday; and his grandchildren, Northern Wincek and Jasper Wincek.
