Terry R. Smith Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 4, 2018, at the age of 77, Terry R. Smith (Tionesta, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his sister-in-law Ernie Ann Holfelder. He is survived by: his wife Carol Smith (Holfelder); his children, Melissa McFarland (Edward) of Ellwood City, Melanie Emler (Scott) of New Brighton and Terry R. Smith, Jr. of Tionesta; his grandchildren, Nikki McFarland (Nate Magill), Olivia McFarland and Brielle Emler; his great grandchildren, Madison Montero, Fae Lynne Kosto, Jamison Magill and Rayla McFarland; his siblings, Marge Petrello (John) of Arizona and Roger Smith of Clearwater, FL; and his siblings-in-law, Don Holfelder and Linda Holfelder. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Memorial donations in Terry's name may be made to the North Sewickley Presbyterian Church, or to the VNA Hospice Care, Butler, Pa.
