He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Kenneth Heasley and Wilma Heasley (Lange); and his friends, Holli Buzard Smith and Patrick O'Toole. He is survived by: his sister Kitty McIndoe (Pat) of Concord, NC; his nieces and nephews, Mynda, Bayli Rossman and Hanna McIndoe; his sister Juli Heasley-Cameron (Alex) of Markleysburg, PA; his nieces and nephews, Bridger and Mickey; his brother Keith Heasley (Kelly) of Bruceton Mills, WV; his nephew Sam; his brother David Heasley of Monroeville, PA; his nieces and nephews, Andi, Kate and Matthew Heasley (Melissa) of Cranberry Twp; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Nikki, Lauren and Tyler; and also Sue Heasley (Wallace).
