He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick E. Osten and Mabel G. Osten (Hunter); and his granddaughter Bernice Eileen Card. He is survived by: his wife Bernice M. Osten (Kline); his son Larry E. Osten (Peggy) of Tionesta; his grandchildren, Autumn, Ryan and Robert A Osten (Elizabeth); his daughter Louise E. Card (Frank); and his grandchildren, Frank III of Zephyrhills, Florida. and Marlyn of Zephyrhills, Florida..
