He is survived by: his brother Westerns; and his children, Amelia Rapp, Paul Rapp Jr. (Melissa) of Reno, Gerald Rapp (Lisa) of Tionesta and Denver Rapp (Sarah) of Brookville. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
