She is survived by: her parent Olga Carlson Losey; her spouse Michael Kulka; her daughters, Patti Maljovec (John) of Warren and Tami Kulka of Yuma; and her grandsons, Christopher Maljovec, Thomas Maljovec (Nicole), Benjamin Maljovec (Jorden), Daniel Maljovec (Kristina), Michael Kulka and Cody Kulka.
