He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Alfred Flick and Buddy Paden, Sr.. He is survived by: his parents, Gerald Flick and Kimberly Flick (Paden) of Tionesta; his fiancée Kayla Patton of Tionesta; his sons, Zachary and Thomas; his brother Jeremy Flick (Alicia); his nieces and nephews, Khloe and Hunter of Tionesta; his brother Jacob Flick of Tionesta; his grandmothers, Ruth Flick and Pauline Paden; and his cousin Eugene "Guy" Flick of Tionesta. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
