He is survived by: his wife Grace Ann Collins (Weaver); his children, Edgar Haskell Collins, Jr. (Dawn) of Derby, KS., Patricia L. Scannell of Oil City, PA and Debra A. Ward (David) of Sewickley, PA.; his grandchildren, Mary of Derby, Ziona of Derby, Kurtis Collins of Derby, Riley of Oil City and Kelsey Hart of Oil City; his siblings, Ralph A. Collins (Sandra) of Clinton, TN., Evie C. Porta (John) of Tionesta and Fran A. Wimer (George) of Tidioute; and his pet Max.
