We are sad to announce that on August 16, 2019, at the age of 91, Dorothy I. (Osten) McWilliams (Tionesta, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred E. Osten and Mabel Osten (Hunter); and her husband Maurice A. McWilliams. She is survived by: her children, Dianne L. Kaufman of Belpre, Ronald A. McWilliams (Yolanda) of Tionesta and Betty Jo McWilliams of Tionesta; and her brother Robert E. Osten (Bernice) of Tionesta.
