She is survived by: her parent Cora Fregia (Waschiean); her spouse Lester E. Kibbe; her children, James L. Whitmire (Sandra) of Tionesta, Larry L. Whitmire (Valentina) of Clearwater and Peggy D. Lewis of Lafayette; her stepchildren, Alvin R. Kibbe and Gloria Kibbe Sams (Walter) of Athens; her grandchildren, Jamy C. Whitmire, Andrea Scott of Clearwater, Florida, Kimberly Lewis of Lafayette, Louisiana, Ronda Lynn Duncan-Yeschke of Oil City, PA, Kacie Miller (Josh) of Mercer, PA, Kate Whitmire, Christopher M. Northrop (Angie) of Senoia, Georgia, Jennifer Sams Andreas (Mitchell) of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Jessica A. Sams of Sherman Oaks, California and Jefferson Skyler Kibbe of Baytown; her great grandchild Korie Yeschke of Oil City; her sister Nelda Thourea of Liberty; her granddaughter Heidi Whitmire; and her siblings, Jay, Delbert, Lawrence, Dan Fregia, Athleia Jordan, Zillia Payden and Shattie Taylor.
