He is survived by: his brother Jack Winger (Patty) of Shippenville; his sister-in-law Karen Winger of Tionesta; and his nieces and nephews, Von Winger of Fayetteville, NC, Rhonda Schenberg of Oil City, Susan O'Laughlin of Tionesta and Gene E. Winger.
