She was predeceased by: her parents, John Robert and Leota June Glavis (Caley); and her husband Tom Patterson. She is survived by: her son Kevin L. Shumate of Tionesta; her grandchildren, Chrischelle M. Wagner (Bret) of Tionesta and Natasha L. Hanna (Chris Jr.) of Tionesta; her great grandchildren, Nautica Sharp, Joel Sorrell, Alanah Wagner, Olivia Sorrell, Kiarra Wagner and Zoey Fishel; and her brother John Glavis.
The family requests contributions to be made to the Wimer Funeral Home P.O. Box 389 Tionesta, PA 16353, to assist the family with final expenses.
