He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley William and Nellie M. Dilly (Sloan); his daughter-in-law April Dilly; his siblings, Helen Knapp, Raymond Dilly, Roy Dilly, Bill Dilly, Bob Dilly and Stanley Dilly, Jr.; and his stepgrandson Dennis Gee, Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Walter Dilly, Jr. (Florence), Tina Rothenburgh (Jack) of Lawrenceville, PA, David Dilly (Patsy) of Lawrenceville, PA and Michael Dilly (Brenda) of Lawrenceville, PA; his stepdaughter Jean Taber (Daniel) of Tioga, PA; and his sisters, Genevieve Stock of Wellsboro, PA and Betty Knapp of Lawrenceville, PA.. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; four step grandchildren; six step great grandchildren.
