He is survived by: his friends, Morris, Lapinski and Butrej; his wife Patsy; his son Noah Cope of Tioga; his mother-in-law Julia Keller Bennett; his sisters-in-law, Kathleen Clay (Thomas II) and Latina Brown (Ian); his nieces and nephews, Jonnie (Aaron), Ethan, Katrina, Rachel (Anthony) and Thomas III; his brother David Cope; his nephew Matthew Cope (Anna); and his great-nephew Carter Cope.
