He was predeceased by: his parents, William L. Morgan and Agnes Morgan (White). He is survived by: his children, Dawn Loomis (Jeff), Richard Morgan, Jr. (Johanna) and Mark Morgan (Billie Sue); his grandchildren, Richard (Heather), Kyle Mattison (Heather), Brian (Halle), Erin Cocker (Travis), Tyler (Autumn), Steven (Rebecca), Derek and Samantha Bohart (Zack); and his brother David. He is also survived by sixteen great-grandchildren.
