It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma J. Payne (Tioga, Pennsylvania), born in Campbell, New York, who passed away on September 7, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, J. C. Potter and Martha Potter (Travis); her daughter Judy Romaneo; her son-in-law Jim Adams; and her siblings, Marcean, James Potter and Ilene Parker.
She is survived by: her husband Richard Payne; her grandsons, Jeff (Debbie Romaneo), Kip (Amy Adams) and Chris (Angie Adams); her great grandchildren, Ethan Romaneo, Katie, Bo Adams, Cole, Tyler and Justin Adams; her daughter Janet Adams of Knoxville; and her son-in-law David Romaneo of Williamsville. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
