He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Skelly and Marcella Skelly (Reed); and his siblings, Rose Elwell (Ted), Butch Skelly, Tom Skelly and Gene Skelly.

He is survived by: his wife Debra Skelly (Stalter); his children, Craig Skelly (Carol) of Tioga, PA, Kris Skelly (Emily) of Hadley, NY and Shana Smith (Mark) of Millerton, PA; his grandchildren, Gabbi Skelly, Tyler Skelly (Meghan), Sara Macbrine (Matt), Zoe Skelly, Alexandria Kriner (Zach), Jessica Skelly, Megan Skelly, Zack Smith (Paige), Kasey Skelly and Beau Smith; his great grandchildren, Cullen, Daniel and Kieran Skelly; his brother-in-law Richard Stalter (Vickie) of Westfield, PA; his siblings, William Skelly (Molly) of Nelson, PA, Terry Skelly (Mary) of Texas and Irene McNeill (Bill) of Tennessee; and his sister-in-law Cheryl Skelly of Florida.
