She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Gaylord and Kathleen Gaylord (Temple). She is survived by: her husband David S. Campbell; her daughters, Katie Heck (Walter Dixon) of Tioga, PA and Lindsay Mack (Anthony) of Tioga, PA; her grandchildren, Nevaeh Deats, Aleigha Mack, Myah Mack and Ryah Mack; her siblings, Robert Gaylord, Jr. (Christine) of Conestago, PA and Linda Allen (Stephen) of Mansfield, PA; her parents-in-law, Don and Jan Kochenour of Tioga, PA; and her nieces, Morgan and MacKenzie Gaylord. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
