He was predeceased by: his wife Norma Jean Fisher; and his sisters, Janice Fisher and Gail Fisher. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Paul Miller (Judy) of South Williamsport, PA, Dwight Miller of South Williamsport, PA and Rebecca Miller of Youngstown, OH; and his brothers, Chester Fisher (Naomi) and Stanley Fisher.
