He was predeceased by: his wife Marjorie Lou Vance (Bradshaw); his parents, Lyle Vance and Beulah Vance (Shellman); his children, Kevin Rodger Vance and Debra Jo Vance; and his siblings, Rita Bolt, Shari Cole and Wayne Vance.
He is survived by: his sons, Edward Vance (Jane Smith) of Bloomsburg and Alan Vance of Nichols, NY; his grandchildren, Kenny, Alana, Jordan, Austyn and Megan; his great grandchildren, Hunter and Carson; his daughter Joan Brown of Painted Post, NY; his grandchildren, MariJo and Brian; and his nephew Ron Vance of Mainesburg.
