He was predeceased by: his brothers, James Bradshaw and Andy Donald; and his stepson Donald Porter. He is survived by: his parents, Leon James and June Bradshaw (Bentley); his wife Janice; his daughters-in-law, William "Billy", Alaina Bradshaw of Tioga, PA, Leon II and Holly Bradshaw of Tioga, PA; his stepson Richard Fenstermacher (Autumn) of Sabinsville, PA; his grandchildren, Tasha, Savannah, Santana, Hunter, Bradyn, Parker and Willow; his great grandchildren, Candon, Averie, Brysen and Skylar; and also, Fred Bradshaw of Westfield, PA, George Donald (Kimberly), Bill Donald (Lori) of Mansfield, PA, Michael Donald (Teri) of Mansfield, Elsie Axtell (Larry) of Addison, NY and Roberta Grant (Jeff) of Elmira, NY.
