She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Franks and Mary Franks (Heilman). She is survived by: her husband John K. Howe; her children, Monte Merrick (Laura Carsiglia) of Arcata, CA, Mikey Farrah (Kaye) of Marion, AR, Jolee DeAnn Farrah of Woodstown, NJ, John Howe (Diantha) of Caton, NY, Tom Howe (Faith) of Lawrenceville, PA, Andy Howe (Michelle) of Lawrenceville, PA, Amy Coates (Mike) of Tioga, PA and Dan Howe (Dawn) of Morris, PA; and her siblings, Walter Keeney (Tamra) of Okemah, OK, Cynthia Shutter (John LaVancher) of Troy, PA and Mary Beth Good (Tim) of Corning, NY.. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
