He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert B. Dake and Alice A. Dake (Mattison); his wife Weny Dake; his stepdaughter Barb Seeley; his brothers, Charlie, Herb, Bill and Henry Dake (Rita) of Williamsport, PA.; his stepbrothers, Ervin, Bob and George; his sisters, Donna Gardner, Sandy Davis and Arlene Dake; and his parents-in-law, Joe and Helen Tombs.

He is survived by: his stepsons, Larry Seeley of Westfield, PA, Bobby Seeley of St. Mary, PA, Donny Seeley (Tina) of Westfield, PA, Randy Sharp (Pam) of Carlisle, PA and Philip Seeley (Tina) of Bath, NY; and his sister Diane Surine of Tioga, PA.
