He was predeceased by: his parents, William Foster and Beatrice Foster (Burdick); and his sister Mary Shenk. He is survived by: his children, Deb Demusz (Brad) of Wellsboro, PA, William Foster (Tammy) of Boerne, TX, Susan Foster of Millerton, PA and Nancy Foster Monks (Mike Cadek) of Horseheads, NY; his grandchildren, Chasity Kaltenbach (Tim), Christy Townsend (Olie), Tyler Foster (Gretta), Matt Gregory (Kathryn), Tim Rice (Kym), Dustin Robbins (Ashley), Jillisa Lounsbury (Jason), Micayla Monks and Roselyn Monks; and his brother Richard Foster (Helen) of Tioga, PA.. He is also survived by eighteen great grandchildren.
