Eugene M. Button Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Eugene M. Button of Tioga, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 14, 2024 at the age of 91. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Eugene M. Button to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Button and Bernice Whitney Button; his wife Ruth E. Blackman Osterhoudt; his son Rodney Button; his siblings, Lester Button, Kenneth Button, Lyle Button, Ruthadel Hungerford and Alcena Shelman; and his stepson Thomas Osterhoudt.
He is survived by: his children, Deborah Warriner (Donald) of Tioga, Inza Campbell of Sligo, Darlene Stevens (Joe) of Elmira, NY, Bill Thomas (Sue) of Bristol, RI, Scott Gleason (Lisa) of Tioga and Terry Gleason of Tioga; his stepchildren, Wayne Osterhoudt (Mary) of Westfield, Curtis Osterhoudt of Tioga, David Osterhoudt of Nashville, TN, Robert Whipple (Laurie) of Lawrenceville, Nancy Malinak of Lock Haven and Martha Warren of Austin; and his brother Richard Button of Corning, NY. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
A reception will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Calendar American Legion Post #235 (18536 PA-287, Tioga, PA 16946).
