He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Rice and Gwendolyn Rice (Cleveland); and his sister Sandra Jones. He is survived by: his son David Rice, Jr. (Amanda) of Belton, TX; his grandchildren, Melina Rice, Brandon Rice, Devin Rice, Taylor Button, Kaitlyn Button and Jordan Wendel; his great grandchild Sebastian Button; his sisters, Brenda Finnerty of Osceola, PA and Cheryl Hall of Wellsboro, PA; and his brother-in-law Donald Jones.
