It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Porter (Tioga, Pennsylvania), born in Wellsboro, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 6, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Norman Colegrove and Ruby Colegrove (Horton); her husband Robert "Hank" Porter; her daughter Meagan Hutcheson; her stepchildren, Becky Heffner (Lonnie), Matt Porter (Billie Jo), Abby Perich (Jason Glime) and Wendy Fiscus (Chuck); and her sister Patricia Welsh (Robert). She was also cherished by nine grandchildren.
